FINDING HOME
A BUYER'S COMPANION

Finding Home: A Buyer’s Companion is a practical guide I created for people navigating the process of buying a home in New York City.

After working with buyers, I noticed how quickly a home search can become a collection of saved listings, notes, questions, numbers and apartments that start to blend together. I wanted to create one beautiful, useful place to keep everything organized while also answering many of the questions that come up along the way. The Companion is designed to be used throughout the entire journey from understanding your priorities and budget, to apartment showings, making an offer, going under contract and finally getting the keys. It includes practical guidance, Home Notes for showings, questions to consider and space to keep track of what matters to you.

A Few Words

When I started working in real estate, I noticed how quickly a home search can become a collection of notes, saved listings, questions, numbers, and apartments that start to blend together.

I kept thinking there should be an easier way to keep everything in one place. That’s why I created this Companion.

Bring it to your showings. Write in it. Fold the corners. Come back to it when you have a question. Use it to keep track of the homes you’ve seen and the things that matter to you.

You don’t need to know everything before you begin. That’s what this is here for. My hope is that it helps you feel prepared, organized, and guided throughout your search—and makes the process a little easier along the way.

Every home search is different because every buyer is different. My job is to understand what matters to you, listen to what you’re looking for, and help you find the place that fits your life.

I’ll be there every step of the way.
